Thomas Dybdahl is a singer/songwriter from Norway born in 1979. He has released 4 albums in Europe as a solo artist, and two albums with his band The National Bank. Thomas Dybdahl has received some great critical acclaim and commercial success at home in Norway, all his albums has sold to Gold and Platinum and won several prices. His debut album"...that great October sound" (2002) won Spellemanns Prisen (the Norwegian equivalent to the Grammy). Thomas Dybdahl has a growing international career and his last album "Science" had artwork designed by Philipe Starck who’s a big fan. The photos were done by Jean-Baptiste Mondino.
Thomas Dybdahl will release a "best of album" in august 2009. He has also been writing the soundtrack to the Norwegian film called “Rottenetter” directed by Arild Østin Ommundsen (Mongoland, Monstertorsdag).
